Our History

The company was established in 1975, and restructured in 1998. Hong Kong Valve Industry Co., Ltd. acquired wholly in 2005.

Our Factory

Founded in 1975, Wuxi Universal Precision Casting Co., Ltd has taken shape as a specialized company in investment casting and machining. The casting products are mainly applied to equipment components in petrochemical, food, sewage treatment, electricity, shipping, metallurgy, energy, military, marine industries, etc. Over 80% of the products export to Germany, UK, France, USA, Canada, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, South Africa, Indonesia,etc. The main casting materials are: stainless steel CF8, CF8M, CF3M, CF3 and duplex steel 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A. The production technique is fewer cutting of investment casting with 3 sets medium frequency electric furnaces, 1 set of 500 kg, 2 sets of 250 kg. The company’s annual investment casting capacity is 2500 tons. The total machining facilities are more than 50 sets, including 1 horizontal machining center, 4 vertical machining centers, 5 CNC vertical lathes, 13 CNC lathes. We have complete inspection facilities: Germany Spectrometer of chemical analysis, mechanical properties of tensile, yield, section reduction tests, impact tests with room temperature and -196 ℃, also PT, UT, MT for NDT.

The company was certified by CCSC, UKAS: ISO9001, German TUV: AD-W0 Material, PED-CE, LR and DNVGL.

The company was evaluated as "High-tech Enterprise of Jiangsu Province", "Small and medium Sized Technology-based Enterprise of Jiangsu Province", "Wuxi Scientific Research Institution". The company enjoys high reputations among the same industry and has published several theses in recent years. Developed the software:《Gating and Riser Design Software of Investment Casting》,《Increase Yielding Rate Software》and《Ensure Casting Dimension Accuracy Level 5-7 Software》,《Super Duplex Stainless Steel Chemical Composition Control Software》. These software fill the gaps in domestic and international fields, create good contributions to the improvement of investment casting level and the green development of energy savings emission reduction.
